📖 About the university

Nanjing Vocational University of Industry Technology traces its roots to the Chinese Vocational School founded by the educator Huang Yanpei in 1918, the first school in China to use the word vocational in its name. In 2019 it became China's first public undergraduate-level vocational university, and it was renamed to its current form in 2020. Located in Nanjing, it specializes in engineering and applied technology, with strengths in mechanical engineering, electrical automation, and aircraft maintenance. The university also carries out international exchange and admits overseas students.
