Bengbu Medical University, founded in 1958, is a medical university in northern Anhui and one of the main trainers of doctors for the province. It offers clinical medicine, basic medicine, pharmacy, nursing and medical imaging, and operates major affiliated hospitals serving the Huai River region. It admits international students into its English-taught MBBS programme. Its campus lies in the railway-hub city of Bengbu.
