Nanchang Normal University is a provincial public undergraduate teacher-training institution in Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi Province. Founded in 1952 as the Jiangxi Provincial Secondary Teacher Training School, it was officially renamed Nanchang Normal University in 2013. Operating two campuses, it has twelve teaching colleges and offers more than thirty undergraduate programs, mainly in teacher education. It also serves as the Jiangxi Provincial Education Cadre Training Center.
