Gansu University of Chinese Medicine in Lanzhou, founded in 1978, is the leading TCM university of Gansu province in northwest China. It teaches Chinese medicine, acupuncture and tuina, Chinese pharmacy, clinical medicine and is distinctive for the study of Dunhuang medical manuscripts and Qi-Huang culture along the Silk Road.
