West station is the eastern terminus of the Rizhao–Lankao HSR; no metro, reach the centre and beaches by bus or taxi.

Opened in 1985 as Kuishan and renamed Rizhao West in 2018. Links coastal Rizhao with Linyi, Jining and Heze. Rizhao is a beach and port city.

🔄 Getting from the station to the airport

Rizhao Shanzihe Airport (RIZ) is about 25 km away. The Rizhao West comprehensive transport hub next to Rizhao West Railway Station is served by suburban bus route C106, which runs directly to the airport for a low fare of a few yuan. The city-line airport shuttle costs 10 yuan, and a taxi is around 60 yuan.
