Jiexiu has no metro. The older conventional Jiexiu Station on the Tongpu line, in town, still runs about 12 trains a day; use city buses or a taxi/Didi.

Traveller notes

Construction began on 3 December 2009 and the station opened on 1 July 2014 with the Taiyuan–Xi'an section of the Da-Xi high-speed railway. It has a waiting hall of about 4,000 sq m and handles 44 passenger trains a day plus a direct Beijing West service.
