Traveller notes

The Fangdong railway opened on 27 December 2023, China's first rail line to reach directly to the China–Vietnam border; it runs 47 km from Fangchenggang North to Dongxing at a 200 km/h design speed. Its arrival ended Dongxing's long isolation from the national rail network and now supports border tourism and trade with Vietnam.
