A school founded by the Heilongjiang Sheng Heng Ji group with Canada's Jia Huang international education group, with teaching and management by the well-known 「Sino-Canadian Schools」 team. It sits in Songbei District on the north bank of the Songhua River at the junction of Zhongyuan Avenue and Songpu Avenue, on 96,000 m² with close to ¥500 million invested, and includes a library, swimming pool, laboratories, computer rooms, dining halls and outdoor sports grounds. Classes are 20-30 students, entry is by admission test and intake is in autumn. Note for foreign families: available sources describe the school as enrolling Chinese students at around ¥68,000 a year, so confirm directly with the school whether foreign passport holders can be admitted.
