📜 About & history
Nan Douya Mosque takes its name from its original location at No. 15 Nan Douya (Nandouyacai) Hutong in Dongcheng District. In 2003 it was rebuilt on a nearby site—shifted about 25 meters south and 20 meters east—now at No. 4 Douban Hutong, roughly 200 meters north of Chaoyangmennei Dajie and only about 100 meters from Beijing's East 2nd Ring Road. It serves the Hui Muslim community of the Chaoyangmen area inside the old city. The mosque is compact but active in a densely built historic neighborhood.
🕌 Prayer & visiting
Five daily prayers are held; Friday Jumu'ah prayer is around midday. A small inner-city mosque convenient for those in the Chaoyangmen area.

Buses serve the Chaoyangmennei (朝阳门内) area; verify routes on a map app.
Very central, close to the CBD and diplomatic areas around Chaoyangmen. A quiet hutong mosque; enter respectfully as it sits among residents' homes.
About 4 km east of Tiananmen just inside the East 2nd Ring Road. Take Metro Line 2 or 6 to Chaoyangmen, then walk north into Douban Hutong; by taxi roughly 15 minutes.
