📜 About & history
The Longwu Great Mosque was built in 1882 under the Guangxu Emperor and stands in Longwu Town of Tongren (Rebgong), in a region famous for Tibetan Buddhism. It is the centre of the Hui and Salar Muslim community in a valley where Tibetans and Muslims coexist, and is a provincial-level protected relic.
