The Small Mosque (Qingzhen Xiaosi) is a smaller historic mosque within Hohhot's old Hui quarter along the Islamic-themed Tongdao Street corridor. It is one of the several mosques that formed as separate congregations split from the Great Mosque as the community expanded. Set among the halal shops and restaurants of the Islamic Street, it serves nearby residents with daily prayers. It is one of the traditional mosques of the old town.
