Winter wear is the core season — come September to December for the widest choice; the newer China Xiliu Commerce City halls sit immediately south of the old clothing market; ask whether a stall is a factory outlet or a reseller before negotiating volume prices; bring a Chinese-speaking agent, as English is limited
