Ezhou's first large-format shopping mall, opened by Seazen Group in April 2021 at the junction of Edong Avenue and Daqiao Road, stepping in after a long-rumoured Wanda project for the city never materialised. It combines retail, dining, a cinema and a children's play area, serving the riverside residential districts on the city's east side.
