A national 4A scenic area and key national cultural relic covering 38 square kilometres in Qi County, west of Hebi, Henan, about 15 kilometres from the county seat. Revered as the site where the Warring States strategist Guiguzi is said to have lived in seclusion and taught over 500 disciples - among them Sun Bin, Pang Juan, Su Qin and Zhang Yi - it is dubbed 'China's first ancient military academy' and was designated a research base by the PLA Academy of Military Science. The site also preserves Shang-dynasty and Warring States relics such as the Zhouwang Tomb and an ancient Wei-state city wall, alongside Taoist and Buddhist temples.
