🚇 Getting to the city centre
About 26 km north of central Wuhan. Metro Line 2 (Tianhe International Airport, northern terminus) is at the Ground Traffic Center next to T3; into the city for ~5 RMB. Airport buses and taxis also available.

Main airport of Hubei's capital and a major central-China hub. Wide international network via the large T3 terminal. Restaurants available; ask about prayer room and halal food.
🔄 Getting from the airport to the train stations
To Hankou Railway Station: take Metro Line 2 directly from the airport, about 30-40 minutes for around 5 yuan - the best option.
To Wuchang Railway Station: Line 2 then transfer to Line 4 at Zhongnan Road, about 60 minutes for 6 yuan.
To Wuhan Railway Station (HSR): Line 2 then transfer to Line 4 through to Wuhan Station, about 70 minutes for 7 yuan, or a direct airport bus.
To Wuhan East Railway Station: far to the east; best by taxi or a long metro ride of about 80 minutes. No free option.
